You can even skip the bread if you are trying to avoid carbs and just dip the fruit in the nut butter and enjoy a wholesome and healthy evening snack.
If you are looking to get a protein boost before your evening workouts - sprout salad is the best snack for you. Sprout some green moong and keep it in the fridge. All you then have to do is take some of those sprouted moong and chop veggies like carrots, cucumber, tomatoes and add to it.
