Return Policy & Refunds

Making a purchase indicates that you have understood and have agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions. 


Order Cancellations & Refunds

We do not encourage cancellations since our team works hard to collect your chosen products the minute your order is placed. However, due to any extreme circumstances, if you wish to cancel your order please call or email our customer service team before the order is dispatched. We will try our best to assist you. Note that for prepaid orders, we only issue store credit that can be used to purchase products / gifts from the website. We do not offer refund for your order in any form. 

Incase an ordered product is not available, we will reach out to you to assist you with a replacement if required immediately or let you know the estimated wait time for it's arrival. You can also opt for store credit for the product that is unavailable. Refunds are only issued in extreme cases where we are unable to provide the product.

Return/Replacement Policy

We do not accept returns or replacements unless you receive the product in a damaged condition or past its expiration date.

What if the product is received in damaged condition/ past its expiration date?

It is very unlikely that you will receive a product beyond its expiration date or in a damaged condition. However in such cases we provide free replacements or refund for the product once you email us your order number and a picture of the expired or damaged product. Returns or replacements will only be valid if we receive an email with the image of the expired or damaged product within 48 hours of the order delivery. 

Please note we do not provide cancellations / refunds for orders that are not delivered within the timeline shared - last mile delivery sometimes is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Store credit can be issued if you wish to cancel the delivery before it is done. 

Any issues with regards to the orders - damaged, expired, lost, marked delivered but not received etc. need to be raised with our team on within 24 hours of being notified that your package has been delivered. We will not be able to investigate or consider issues raised post that for return / refund / replacements.
