2. Add this 'Make your own box' to your shopping cart.

3. Add 10 to 12 products that you would like in your box to your shopping cart. Do not add products like breads, cheese, etc, that are only deliverable in Mumbai as they require temperate controlled hand delivery and they will soil gift boxes.

4. If this is gift being directly sent to the recipient, please pay online.

5. Don't forget to mention a separate delivery address during check out if the box is to be delivered elsewhere.

I had a special request, and wasn't fulfilled

I had a special request to add a small packet of Piknik which wasn't fulfilled.
The main issue is that I was expecting a call, stating that it wouldn't be done. However there was no response of either acceptance or rejection of the request. I really wish that in future, in a similar situation, your team will send a message regarding all of this. It felt like no one was listening to anything that was written.

2nd issue - the selection and catalogue of items is very limited. Hopefully more and more items will be added to your site.

3rd issue - the boxes are overpriced. I understand it is your USP, but from a consumer's perspective, it feels extremely overpriced.
Hopefully these suggestions will be heard this time.
