The jammer cookie is a piece of art.

There are three components to it: a round vanilla cookie base, tangy and thick apricot jam on it, and a circle of streusel around the jam.

It is beautiful and delicious, and the play of vanilla with tangy jam, and a tender cookie with crunchy streusel is perfect.

A box of jammer cookies contains six pouches, and each pouch contains two jammer cookies neatly packed.

Ingredients: refined wheat flour (43%),  butter, sugar, eggs, edible salt, vanilla, & apricot jam (apricot, sugar, citric acid)
