Avocado Oil benefits

Step aside Olive Oil and Coconut Oil - Avocado Oil is here to stay. It is gaining popularity for its versatility and health benefits. Its mild flavor and lack of scent are making people choose it over its other two popular competitors (olive oil and coconut oil).

Avocado Oil is known for its various health benefits - nutrient absorption, smoother skin, gum health, high antioxidants, etc. It's quickly making way to people's pantry as a great addition to maintaining a healthy diet.

How To Cook With Avocado Oil?

1. Deep Frying & Sauteing

Olive Oil has been most in the use of frying and high heat cooking. Avocado Oil, unlike olive oil, has one of the highest smoking points which keeps its chemical structure intact, making it a healthier choice.  Avocado Oil's mild taste makes it a great choice for sauteing, stovetop grilling, or in recipes wherever olive oil is traditionally used.

2. Makes better Marinades

Its light and buttery taste make a better marinade for your meats and veggies. Add your favorite spices and avocado oil to meats and veggies and keep it for at least 2 hours before grilling it.

3. Healthy Baking

Replace butter or margarine with Avocado oil benefits for healthier baking.

4. Tastier dressings, condiments, and spread

Avocado oil is the perfect way to make healthier dressings and condiments since it’s loaded with healthy fats. Swap your regular oil with it for your next salad dressing, mayo or aioli for a delicious condiment; sure to please.
