Payment Options

We accept Cash on Delivery or you can pay online at the time of checkout using your credit/debit card/net banking/ online wallets. We accept all Indian Credit/Debit Cards. Additionally we also provide  Bank Deposit option incase you prefer it. Cash on delivery comes with a additional convinience charge of Rs.50. Pay as you like!

Delivery Method

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we at thegourmetbox.in ship via our own in-house logistics system & reputed e-commerce shipping partners.

Delivery Charges

We charge Rs. 100/- as a flat delivery charge on all orders. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included in the listed prices. There are no hidden charges for delivery.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched at the earliest and you should recieve your goodies within 1 - 7 working days. We ship throughout the week, except Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays.

Fresh Gourmet Products (for Mumbai Only) are delivered between 24 - 48 hours, not including Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays

Returns

We do not accept returns unless you receive the product in a damaged condition or past its expiry date.

What if the product is received in damaged condition/ past its expiry date?

It is very unlikely that you will recieve a product beyond its expiration date or in a damaged condition. If in case this happens, please send us a picture of the expired or damaged product and will send you a replacement no additional cost if available or refund your money for the same. 

Special day deliveries

We love making people feel good on thier special days. Hence if you are ordering a gift from The Gourmet Box we would do our absolute best to ensure that it reaches them on the intended day. Mention the word "gift" & the 'specific date' upon check out so we can make it happen or call us on +91 9819580857 to speak to our customer service agents.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

We do not encourage cancallations since our team works hard to start collecting your chosen products the minute your order is placed. However, due to any extreme circumstances, if you wish to cancle your order please reach out to our customer service team before the order is dispatched and we will try our best to assist you. Note that for prepaid orders, we only issue store credit that can be used to purchase products / gifts from the website for a period of 3 months from issue. We cannot refund the amount to your card / bank. 

Incase an ordered product is not available, we will reach out to you to assit you with a replacement if required immediately or let you know the estimated wait time for it's arrival. You can also opt for store credit in exchange of the same. Refunds are only issued in extreme cases where we are unable to provide the product in a reasonable time period.
